Every dollar raised at Jingle Mingle goes to directly improving cancer care for patients in our community. Since its inception 10 years ago, this event has raised more than $6.4 million to support patient programs and research on Vancouver Island. The combined generosity of our guests, donors, committee members and sponsors has allowed the innovative clinical and scientific minds at BC Cancer to reach new heights of achievement.  The 2016 event raised an incredible $1.74 million to kick start a $5 million campaign to bring state-of-the-art PET-CT imaging to BC Cancer's Vancouver Island Centre. This will be the first scanner on the Island and the third in the province. Patients currently have to travel off-island to Vancouver for these essential diagnostic scans.
