WOMEN GOING BEYOND unites women from across Vancouver Island in philanthropic action to accelerate innovative research of women’s cancer care and access to new treatment options.
Launched in collaboration with the BC Cancer Foundation and champions from the community, WOMEN GOING BEYOND is helping to ensure life beyond cancer is within reach — in the past five years, the campaign has raised over $1.5 million for the BC Cancer Foundation and women’s cancer research
From March 1 to April 30, 2026, we encourage you to contribute, connect and activate your networks as we raise a minimum of $500,000 in support of this research.
We invite you help bring these new treatment options by making a donation online or attending and supporting one of our local fundraising events:
- Campaign Launch at Liv Cafe and Bistro Sunday, March 1st, 3:30-5:30pm
- The 3rd Annual Fluevog Shoes Fundraiser at Fluevog Shoes, Victoria, on Thursday, March 5, 6:00-8:00PM
- The 4th Annual Hughes Clothing Fashion Show at Union Club, Victoria, on Sunday April 19th, 12:00-3:00PM
