Before we welcome our guest blogger for May, I have an exciting announcement to share: the BC Cancer Foundation is pleased to introduce Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer, a brand-new event in support of cancer research and enhancements to care at the BC Cancer Agency.
On September 14th, hockey enthusiasts from across the province will gather at Concord Pacific Place to rediscover Canada’s favourite pastime in a dawn-to-dusk road hockey marathon. With five exciting games, hundreds of teams and thousands of participants, Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer will support life-saving research breakthroughs that are changing the face of cancer in our province.
