Anne has over 25 years of experience in marketing communications working with global and local organizations, in North America and Asia, across many industries. Most recently, Anne was the Chief Marketing Officer at MEC where she led the repositioning of the iconic brand, the development of best-in-class digital capabilities, and the transformation of MEC’s community program, designed to get more Canadians outside and active. This led to MEC being consistently recognized as Canada’s Best and Most Trusted Brand. Over the past two years, Anne has also been a Director on the Board of the Take a Hike Foundation, supporting their development and marketing teams. Anne’s personal passions are travel (during non-covid times!), and being active outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
