Todd Yuen

As President of Industrial at Beedie, Todd Yuen has been a driving force behind the growth and evolution of Beedie Industrial. Todd oversees all aspects of Beedie’s industrial business including corporate planning, site acquisition, sales and leasing. Under Todd’s purview, Beedie Industrial has successfully expanded their business into markets across North America. Over the past several years, Beedie has cemented their role as the largest industrial developer and landlord in Western Canada.

Prior to his role at Beedie, Todd spent more than a decade in commercial brokerage and has amassed more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Given his experience and the scale of Beedie’s industrial business, Todd is often called upon to provide insight to business leaders and industry groups where he speaks as a panel-expert on the industrial market. Todd takes pride in his work developing individuals new to commercial real estate and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.
