Graeme Baker

Graeme is a vice president and an institutional portfolio manager at PH&N Institutional specializing in equity and balanced portfolios. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Graeme worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of a Canadian financial services firm specializing in sustainability, mining and technology sectors. Before that, he supported corporate finance activities, including originating and executing public and private financings, at another Canadian investment firm. Graeme started his career in the investment industry in 2005 at a global financial services firm in London, U.K., providing analysis in a number of research, trading and sales roles.

Graeme is a supporter of the Foundation having participated in the Tour de Cure since its inception in 2009. In 2006 Graeme’s mother passed away followed by his father-in-law in 2010, which drives his support and dedication to cancer related charitable initiatives and causes. When not on his bike, Graeme can be found on a soccer field or a baseball diamond coaching and supporting his three children in their passion for sports and active lifestyles.

Graeme previously served on the board of the CFA Society of Vancouver and was tasked with planning the annual Forecast Dinner, an event with over a thousand attendees. His time with CFA Society Vancouver allowed him the pleasure to connect with many people in the local finance community and establishing long-lasting relationships.
