Troy brings over fifteen years of robust experience in capital markets, working closely with institutional, corporate, and retail clients. His journey as an investment banker and institutional equity salesman at FirstEnergy Capital (now Stifel Canada) spanned over a decade, during which he used his understanding of financial markets to cultivate relationships with renowned institutional portfolio managers. More recently, Troy held an executive role at Willow Biosciences, an innovative biotechnology start-up, where he managed the company’s capital market initiatives. Throughout his career, Troy’s focus has always been centered on understanding his clients’ needs and nurturing strong relationships based on effective and transparent communication.

Troy is a CFA charterholder, and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
