Todd Yuen

As President of Industrial at Beedie, Todd Yuen oversees all aspects of Beedie’s industrial business including corporate planning, site acquisition, sales, and leasing. Under Todd’s tenure with the company, Beedie Industrial has successfully expanded their business into markets across North America as the largest private industrial developer and landlord in Western Canada.

Prior to his role at Beedie, Todd spent more than a decade in commercial brokerage and has amassed more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Todd is often called upon to provide insight to business leaders and industry groups where he speaks as a panel-expert on the industrial market. Todd takes pride in his work developing individuals new to commercial real estate and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

Personally, Todd is a dedicated father to his young son, who is obsessed with science, biology, and anatomy – a future doctor in the making. Following the recent loss of his Mom and best friend to Cancer, Todd is honored to be included as a member of BC Cancer’s Board of Directors.
